These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by Rylee Bikman Photography & Design LLC (“Rylee Bikman Photography,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Using This Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, disrupt its operation, or use it in a way that could harm us or other visitors.

Bookings & the Session Agreement

Booking a session creates a separate Photography Services Agreement(“the Contract”) that you review and sign. That Contract sets out the specific terms of your session — deliverables, timelines, cancellation and rescheduling terms, image releases, and more. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed Contract, the Contract controls for that session. Requesting a booking or paying a deposit does not guarantee a date until we confirm it.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• When paying by card, a 3% processing surcharge is added. Payment by bank transfer (ACH) is fee-free. Both amounts are shown before you pay.
• Deposits, balances, and their due dates are as stated in your Contract.
• Gift cards are subject to our Gift Card Terms.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, and design on this website are owned by Rylee Bikman Photography & Design LLC and are protected by copyright. Photographs delivered to clients are licensed for personal, non-commercial use as described in your Contract. Unless we agree in writing, you may not resell, license, or use our images or website content for commercial purposes, and you may not copy or republish any part of this website.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or book, and to honor the commitments in your Contract, including any model or portrait release you agree to.

Reviews & Testimonials

Any client reviews or testimonials shown on this website are genuine and were shared with us by real clients. We do not publish fabricated or incentivized reviews.

Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Photography is a creative service, and the final images reflect our artistic style. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Idaho.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the “last updated” date above.
