Gift cards may be redeemed toward any Rylee Bikman Photography session or product, subject to availability and current pricing at the time of redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Treat your gift card like cash: lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and Rylee Bikman Photography is not responsible for unauthorized use. Any unused balance remains on the card until the expiration date printed on the card, which will comply with applicable federal and state law. Rylee Bikman Photography may change its location, service area, business name, ownership, or hours of operation at any time. Gift cards remain valid for services offered under the business regardless of such changes, provided the business continues to operate. Rylee Bikman Photography reserves the right to substitute a comparable session or product of equal value if a specific service is discontinued. In the event Rylee Bikman Photography permanently ceases operations, gift card holders will be treated according to applicable law; no additional compensation beyond what is legally required is guaranteed. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, the customer agrees that Rylee Bikman Photography's liability related to the gift card is limited to the card's remaining balance and agrees to resolve any dispute directly with Rylee Bikman Photography before pursuing other remedies.
